How She Lost more than 10 Kg?

When she first contacted me, she was frustrated.

“Coach Jobi, I don’t understand what’s happening.”

“I’m eating less.”

“I’m exercising.”

“But I’m still gaining weight.”

If you’ve ever felt the same way, you’re not alone.

Many people believe weight loss is simply about eating less and exercising more.

Sometimes those changes help.

But in many cases, there’s more to the story.

Before we started, I asked her to watch a video that explains the method I use with my clients. 

It focuses on understanding why the body is holding on to excess weight instead of just trying another diet.

After watching the video, she realized that simply eating less and exercising harder approach is not working for her.

She wanted a structured plan, expert guidance and someone to keep her accountable throughout the process.

That’s when she decided to join the Fit Girl Strong Girl Coaching Program

Throughout the six weeks, we focused on four key pillars that create lasting transformation:

The Four Areas We Worked On

1. Nutrition Comes First

Your body is constantly repairing, rebuilding and maintaining itself.

To do that, it needs the right nutrients.

If your daily diet lacks protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, or minerals, it can become much harder to feel energized, recover well and maintain a healthy weight.

Rather than counting every calorie, we focused on improving the quality of the food she ate.

Small changes, repeated consistently, made a big difference.


2. Managing Hidden Stress

This surprised her the most.

Many people think stress only comes from work or family problems.

But stress can also come from poor sleep, lack of recovery, constant dieting, emotional eating, dehydration and trying to do too much at once.

When your body is constantly under stress, healthy habits become much harder to maintain.

That’s why we worked on improving her daily routine, sleep and recovery—not just her meals.


3. Daily Movement

Exercise isn’t punishment for eating.

It’s a tool to build a stronger, healthier body.

Instead of long, exhausting workouts, we chose exercises she actually enjoyed and could fit into her schedule.

Because the best workout is the one you’ll keep doing.


4. A Strategy to Reduce Excess Body Fat

Losing weight isn’t just about seeing a smaller number on the scale.

Our goal was to reduce excess body fat while building healthier habits she could continue for years.

That meant creating a realistic plan she could follow consistently—not perfectly.

Consistency beats perfection every time.


The Result

Over the following months, she noticed changes.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t her weight.

She had more energy.

She felt more confident.

She slept better.

She stopped feeling guilty every time she ate.

Most importantly, she no longer felt trapped in the cycle of losing weight, gaining it back and starting over.

That’s the kind of transformation I want for every client.

Because my goal isn’t simply to help people lose weight.

It’s to help them build healthy habits they can keep for life.
